Quest Manufacturing, Inc. has a rigorous quality system that utilizes Military Standard 105E processes & procedures and numerous equipment including; dial calipers, height gauges, snap gauges, profilometers, an alloy analyzer (Niton), and comparators to name a few. Our inspection process commences upon receipt of raw material (confirming proper alloy with Niton analyzer), continues through the manufacturing process (confirming alloy & dimensions at the machine during process) and is completed at final inspection w/ lot/batch sampling. All of these processes are documented and the information is stored for reference should the need arise. Our quality system is a work-in-progress and will continue to grow and change as our customer's needs grow and change.
